1.0
 Lavender International will provide NDT services to the best of their ability and expect to be paid in a timely manner for such services    
       
 
2.0
 We appreciate each of our clients has varying methods of payment which we respect.    
       
 
3.0
 Our Conditions are as follows:    
   
a)
 an Invoice is overdue if it is not paid within 30 days of the invoice date;    
   
b)
 if an Invoice more than 60 days overdue we reserve the right to forward the account to our solicitor for recovery;    
   
c)
 any Certificates on file awaiting payment are not valid until all fees are paid;    
   
d)
 any Contracts on file awaiting payment are not valid until all fees are paid;    
   
e)
 clients should be aware that work should not be carried out for their customers on NDT Certficates unless all fees are paid as the Certificates are not valid.
